NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE CONTRACT

Based on § 1829 para. 1 in connection with § 1818 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, I am exercising my statutory right and withdrawing from the contract concluded through the internet, which concerns the goods:

I request a refund of the purchase price in the amount of _____________ CZK to my bank account number __________________ / ________ no later than 14 days after delivery of the returned goods or alternatively by the same payment method of your choice. 

The Buyer acknowledges that the Seller is not obliged to refund the purchase price if the goods are not returned within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal or if the Buyer fails to prove that he/she has sent the goods to the Seller within the 14-day period. 

The Buyer further acknowledges that as part of the withdrawal from the contract, the Buyer bears the costs necessary to return the goods to the Seller.
